I Recently Was Part Of A Volbella Training

This week I had the opportunity to be part of a Volbella training session.  It was so exciting to see this brand new filler in action!  Volbella is different from other fillers like Juvederm and Restylane, which are injected deeper.  Volbella would not be as useful if it were injected as deeply as Restylane.  Volbella smooths surface lines, and wrinkles.  Volbella can even be used “off-label” to treat other acne scars, other wrinkles, and scars!

Our treatment models were chosen because they both had the need for Juvederm Volbella XC.  One of the models was in her early 40’s and had a few vertical lip lines forming above her upper lip and wanted smoother lips.  The other model was over 55 and had several lip lines, decreased lip volume, and acne scars on her cheeks.  Both candidates were perfect for Volbella treatment!  Currently Volbella is available in .6 mL syringes.  The first, younger model was treated with 1 syringe and the second model was treated with 2 syringes of Volbella.

Volbella is the newest, hottest lip filler on the market right now!  Volbella is FDA approved and sweeping the nation right now.  Clients of all ages are flocking to get Volbella injected to rejuvenate and subtly enhance their lips and treat lip lines.  Volbella is a thinner, silkier version of Juvederm.  The best use of Volbella is to correct lip lines around the mouth.  Smoker’s lines, or kissy lines, have always been tricky to treat because they are superficial and regular Hyaluronic Acid fillers like Juvederm and Restylane may create a lump or bump instead of smoothing.  Because of Volbella’s incredibly smooth and liquid consistency, it can be injected into the lip lines easily.  Volbella can also add more definition to the vermilion border of the lips.  Improving the lips are a subtle way to make the entire face appear more youthful.  I have yet to try Volbella myself, but I am so excited!  Be sure to subscribe to MedspaReview.com so you never miss a post.
